Excess Baggage to USA
Are you looking for a cost effective and efficient baggage service to the USA? removex offers a range of services that assist your personal needs. Whether it is 1 x box / package or 20 x boxes / packages we can offer either a Sea freight service or Air freight service depending on the timescale required for delivery.
We base our charging for sea freight services on the total cuft / cbm volume the client is looking to ship with each item not exceeding a net weight of 30KG as standard. If any items weigh more than 30KG we would be able to provide you with a one off price for that item. If sea freight is an option then we can offer our client one of two choices, either a door to port or door to door option.
We base our charging for air freight services on either the total cuft / cbm volume or on the weight the client is looking to ship. The final charge for air freight is based on the actual cuft / cbm volume / weight received back in our warehouse. If air freight is an option then we can offer our client one of two choices, either a door to Airport or door to door option.
We will send all clients if required packing boxes, packing tape and bubble wrap. All material deliveries will be made within 48 hours of the booking with a possible option of same day and next day deliveries.
Once all of your boxes are packed and ready for collection you can either email or phone in order to arrange collection. Collections will be made within 48 hours of the request with a possible option of same day and next day collection.
DOCUMENTS & PAPERWORK
All documents and paperwork required will be sent out to clients via email as standard. All clients have the option of requesting their documents & paperwork via a postal service.
LABELS & FRAGILE STICKERS
Clients will be provided with labels & fragile stickers with their boxes as standard. The labels will have the sender name, the destination address and client reference number to ensure that each box / package can clearly be identified. In additional we will provide fragile stickers to ensure that if you are sending fragile goods then it will be clearly labelled to inform the handlers at the point of origin and destination that the consignment requires extra care when handling.
All clients have the option to take out two types of Liability Coverage for peace of mind with their consignment. We can cover your consignment for total loss only or cover each individual box / package.
